The dormitories are designed as a place for students to live and learn, adjust to the demands of study and build a healthy social network. All rooms are spacious and well furnished.
Atma Malik has a hygienic kitchen where all meals (breakfast, lunch, evening snacks and dinner) are prepared by trained cooks. Pure vegetarian and Jain food is served in a hygienic dining hall. A nutritious, balanced and varied menu is prepared under the supervision of a dietician, and house parents and staff teach table manners at mealtimes in the Dhyanpeeth mess.
Classrooms provide a suitable environment where learning becomes fun, and library books are easily available for ready reference. Students are taught to use their knowledge practically. Each class has a maximum strength of 80 students so that every child gets attention.
Highly qualified teachers develop each child’s interest in learning and maintain a fruitful relationship with students, helping them perform well in academic and personal activities.
The computer lab has the latest multimedia computers with internet, and trained computer teachers. It is used for:
“Readers today are leaders of tomorrow.” With this in mind, we provide a well-equipped library that lets future leaders explore the world of knowledge. We have an audio-visual and e-library with a wide range of information on all subjects for students and staff. The library subscribes to periodicals and has a rich stock of literature and reference books, with more than 2,000 books.
Besides class visits with teachers, the library is a space for independent work, computers and internet, research, special events such as author visits and book clubs, and tutoring and testing.
Outdoor: kho-kho, kabaddi, volleyball, lawn tennis, football, basketball, hockey, cricket.
Indoor: rifle shooting, carrom, table tennis, fencing, chess.
